• Content Analysis & Optimization
• Review the existing content ecosystem, including content pillars, formats, channels, and audience performance.
• Analyse key metrics to identify content that should be enhanced, adjusted, or discontinued.
• Recommend practical improvements to content direction, formats, and distribution to strengthen engagement and effectiveness.
• Market & Audience Research
• Monitor market trends, audience behavior, social platforms, and emerging content formats.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and propose new content opportunities relevant to YAM and its clients.
• Conduct competitor and campaign analysis to identify effective approaches, market gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Campaign Strategy & Sales Support
• Support the development of campaign strategies, including audience insights, communication approaches, content pillars, and channel recommendations.
• Provide research, data, and strategic recommendations for client proposals and pitches, helping the Sales team address client objectives.
• Collaborate with Creative and Account teams to translate strategic direction into relevant content ideas and campaign execution.
• Support campaign reviews and case study development by summarizing results, key learnings, and recommendations.
• Internal Research & Reporting
• Respond to internal requests for market information, industry insights, and supporting data.
• Prepare clear research summaries, reports, and presentation decks to support planning and business decisions.
• Maintain an organized reference base of trends, competitor activities, and campaign examples.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2–4 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Content Strategy, Social Strategy, or a related role.
• Prior experience working at a social agency is mandatory, with hands-on involvement in social content planning and campaign strategy.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, content formats, and digital trends.
• Ability to interpret content and campaign metrics and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to distinguish useful insights from general observations.
• Experience developing strategic presentations, proposals, or client-facing planning materials.
• Clear presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
