DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the entire accounting process, including verifying all documents, preparing or reviewing journal entries, controlling the general and subsidiary ledgers, and ensuring timely and accurate recording in accordance with GAAP and VAS regulations.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing procedure, be responsible for the accuracy of full set of accounts and ensure all revenues and cost are accurately recorded in Epicor (ERP system).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and VAS.
• Implement financial analysis and provide insightful management reports to support management’s decision-making.
• Improve cashflows forecast and proactively manage cashflows to ensure sufficient cash to maintain the company’s smooth operations.
• Liaise with external partiers including auditors, tax authorities, government authorities, banks, etc as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax declaration and payment (VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT/FCT, etc).
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax laws and regulations and propose measures to mitigate tax risks.
• Prepare documentation for tax filing, tax returns, annual financial statement audits, and assist with audits if required.
• Support compliance reviews and strengthen internal controls.
• Propose improvements to processes associated with the departmental operations and/or impacting the company’s accounting records and financial results.
• Enhance financial data security and conduct database backups as required.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager, Group controllers or BODs.

JOB REQUIREMENST

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certifications are advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance, especially in GL control and management reports.
• Intermediate English communication skill.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, logical thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently and proactively.
• Experience using ERP accounting software is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel.
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and meticulousness
• Ability to work under high pressure.

• 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM (Mon – Fri)
