• Work with Sales and Account Managers on presale: join discovery calls, clarify requirements and qualify technical feasibility. 
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, solution architectures and scope documents that AI-assisted delivery teams can execute from. 
• Build demos, POCs and pilots quickly using AI coding tools and agentic frameworks, showing clients working software rather than slides.
• Design solutions that combine LLMs (Claude, GPT and others), agent workflows, RAG, document intelligence and integrations with client systems. 
• Produce effort estimates, AI POD team compositions and token/infrastructure cost assumptions for proposals. 
• Write technical sections of proposals and RFP responses, plus solution diagrams, integration designs and configuration guides. 
• Hand over cleanly to delivery teams and act as a technical advisor during early delivery to protect scope and architecture decisions. 
• Troubleshoot client technical issues together with delivery and engineering leads. 
• Feed client insights back, playbooks and reusable solution assets.
• Keep up to date with AI models, agent tooling, competitor offerings and industry trends, and share what you learn with the division.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer, solution engineer or presales engineer, ideally in client-facing or outsourcing/ODC environments. 
• Hands-on programming experience in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or .NET. 
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, integration patterns, data structures and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP). 
• Practical experience building with LLMs or AI coding tools (for example Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, OpenAI or Anthropic APIs). 
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. 
• Strong presentation and live demo skills. 
• Professional English, spoken and written, for daily work with international clients. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, outcome-first mindset.
