Job Purpose

Own DTS-VN architecture end-to-end. Turn the fragmented estate into a governed service catalog with clear ownership, dependencies, and change discipline. Make an enterprise-grade ITSM platform the operating system for change and deployment management, not a ticket bin

Responsibilities

• Service catalog & CMDB: build it. Every application and service mapped with owner, tier, dependencies, integrations, lifecycle stage the ITSM/CMDB platform, not a spreadsheet. 
• Cross-team architecture authority: reference architecture, tech radar, standards, ADR process, exception approvals. 
• ITSM platform enablement: stand up Change Management (CAB workflow), Service Catalog, and CI/CD integration on an enterprise ITSM platform (ServiceNow, BMC Helix, etc...) 
• Platform ops: own the CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-cost story across DTS-VN, set the standard, then hold teams to it. 
• Define end‑to‑end solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, scalability, security, and performance requirements across the SDLC. 
• Integrate AI‑assisted SDLC practices (code generation, automated testing, documentation, and quality checks) to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency. 
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and guide implementation through AI‑enhanced workflows. 
• Drive governance and best practices for AI‑enabled development, including model selection, data pipelines, and responsible AI usage.
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Your Skills and Experience

Must-have 

• 8+ yrs building & operating multi-product enterprise estates; 3+ years formal architect role; 3+ years managing mixed IC + ops teams. 
• Shipped a real service catalog / CMDB in a mid-size org, with governance that stuck. 
• Enterprise ITSM platform: hands-on with Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules on ServiceNow, BMC, JSM Enterprise, or equivalent, can shape workflows, not just approve tickets. 
• Framework fluency: Info-Tech (COBIT) / TOGAF or equivalent; comfortable in a matrixed org. 
• Working English; can hold weekly cadence with US stakeholders as needed. 
• Set architecture and platform standards; hold 8 DEV teams accountable to them without direct authority over their people. 
• Coach team leads on design decisions; runs design reviews and ADR sessions.  

Nice-to-have 

• Industrial / manufacturing / building-products SaaS domain. 
• Prior Tech Radar or ADR programme owner. 
• FinOps / cloud-cost governance track record. 
• Prior experience at leadership position including owning hiring, career ladder, team performance would be a plus.
