A. Responsible for Suppliers’ CSR and Security performance audits and qualifications maintenance:

- Factory Audits including Social, Security with high quality reporting output

- Factory CSR + Security audit findings Corrective Action Plan (CAP) follow up;

- Factory CSR + Security + ISO Certificates & qualifications Review and timely follow up;

- Key customers’ requirements (FAMA, ES, FCCA, SCS...) & Certification Apply and Follow Up;

- Customers’ Factory Audit Arrangement and CAP Follow Up;

- Other special tasks, such as incident investigations, etc.

B. Responsible for Company Internal CSR + Security Systems Assurance:

- Integrity and Code of Conduct Monitor;

- SOP Implement/Training;

- Work Flow Advice;

- Factory Audit/Internal Documents Reviews;

- To update the CSR and Security data in company’s platform in time

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum Requirement:

- Ability and willingness to travel frequently and continuously to domestic and international factories.

- More than 2 years of working experience at Social, Security compliance audits, knowledge about the CSR + Security requirements of Disney, Walmart, Target, Costco, etc. will be a plus.

- Knowledge about the CSR programs, as SA8000, ICTI, BSCI, SMETA… etc. will be a plus.

- Knowledge and experiences about supply chain’s sustainable developments also be a plus

- Well time-management mindset, willing to learn new knowledge and skills,

- SA8000, or SLCP, or ISO9001/14001 certified auditor, energy efficiency auditor qualification is plus

- English skills are must, (English reading and writing ability are needed.), Chinese speaking is an advantage
