Job responsibilities:

• Monitor factory’s audit status and improvement progress across supply chain.

• Maintain supplier compliance internal management and support all walks of activities as directed through compliance policy. Communicate code of conduct audit requirements to suppliers while monitoring their compliance status.

• Conduct factory assessments, identify potential risks in the supplier chain and provide recommendations to business stakeholders.

• Implement and monitor the licensor MA/FAMA policy.

• Review and evaluate 3rd party audit reports, assign grading & follow up with suppliers on corrective actions.

• Maintain supplier compliance database and prepare analysis / track reports. Communicate with correspondent company regional compliance teams and key retailers/customers.

• Support the execution and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy, paper policy and energy management program within China and Southeast Asia.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years of working experience in ethical compliance.

• Good command of oral and written English; Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of MS office and data analysis software

• Frequent travelling within Vietnam is required

• Result-oriented and hardworking team-player

• Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners.
