Tuyển dụng Service Engineer (Japanese Account Support) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese customers regarding repair and maintenance service requests.

• Coordinate with service engineers to arrange service schedules and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

• Visit customer sites, accompany service engineers when required, and support on-site service activities.

• Monitor service progress, prepare service reports, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Propose maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance solutions to support long-term equipment performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting after-sales business development activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements :

• Japanese speaker - JLPT N2 level and above.

• Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business trips.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is appreciated.

• Knowledge of HVAC, air conditioning systems preferred.

Nice-to-have :

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management, or technical support.

• Experience working with Japanese customers.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus.

• English skills are an advantage.
