Install, configure, and deploy servers according to project and customer requirements.

Install operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and basic software applications.

Deploy, connect, and perform basic configuration of network infrastructure for servers, storage systems, and related IT equipment.

Install and verify connections between servers, storage systems, and network switches.

Monitor the operational status of server and network infrastructure.

Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware issues.

Replace and upgrade hardware components, including RAM, HDD/SSD, CPU, Power Supply Units (PSU), RAID Controllers, Network Interface Cards (NICs), and other related components.

Check RAID status, hardware health, and system alerts.

Provide on-site technical support at customer locations or data centers when required.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers to implement and resolve technical issues.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure deployment or operations.

Experience working with enterprise servers such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, or equivalent platforms.

Good understanding of server hardware, including RAM, CPU, HDD, SSD, and RAID technologies.

Experience installing and configuring Windows Server, Linux, and common software applications.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts.

Experience with SAN/NAS storage systems is an advantage.

Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.

Basic English communication skills for daily work and technical discussions.

Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Willing to travel and provide customer support when required.
