About the Role

Citrus Media Vietnam is looking for a results-driven and analytical SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and drive organic growth across our websites and digital platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, optimizing website performance, improving search engine rankings, and driving qualified organic traffic. You will work closely with the Content and Marketing teams to ensure our digital content aligns with SEO objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website visibility, and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms, keyword opportunities, and search intent.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structures, and website content.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate necessary improvements, including website speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile-friendliness, and site structure.
• Develop and manage SEO content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and website updates.
• Collaborate with Content Creators and Marketing teams to ensure all published content follows SEO best practices.
• Monitor website performance and analyze SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies, including outreach and partnership opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance based on key KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in SEO or a similar role.
• Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword research.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development principles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in continuous learning and keeping up with SEO developments.
