Coordinate and execute Workforce management (WFM) projects.
Conduct labor market research and analysis of labor market data to provide insight for line manager
Conduct market research and organize immersion trips for WFM management team to key regions to deepen on site labor market
Assist in documenting, maintaining, and updating standardized processes and booking systems.
Prepare reports, summaries, and visual outputs for internal teams.
Work with cross‑functional partners to support the execution of initiatives.
Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
3-5 years of experience in research, operations, HR, or related roles.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Good communication and project management skills.
Curious, proactive, and willing to travel for immersion trips
