• Contribute directly to editing a wide range of formats across short-form videos, reels, branded content, and creative experiments
• Shape raw material into cohesive, compelling stories with clarity, precision and style
• Perform sound mixes, basic colour correction, and motion graphics when needed
• Collaborate closely with producers, designers, and writers across local and international teams
• Uphold post-production standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 3 years of editing experience
• Strong visual design and creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop thoughtful and impactful design solutions
• Ability to work confidently across multiple design disciplines, formats, and platforms while maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual standard
• Ability to translate complex briefs and ambiguous requirements into clear, effective, and visually compelling design solutions
• Proactive problem-solving with good judgment about when to explore independently, challenge a direction, ask questions, or seek guidance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to share ideas, give and receive feedback, and contribute meaningfully to team discussions
• Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to quickly learn new tools, workflows, platforms, and creative approaches as project needs evolve
• Curiosity and ambition to continuously develop creative capabilities, contribute new ideas, and grow alongside the team.
