ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is a global leader in adhesive solutions, looking for a Senior TSE Specialist to provide technical expertise and support key Electronics OEM customers across the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide on-site and remote technical support to key OEM customers, from application support to troubleshooting complex technical issues.

- Identify customer application challenges and work closely with Sales teams to develop effective technical solutions.

- Lead and deliver technical training for local Sales teams across Southeast Asia and India.

- Collaborate with regional and global BU Electronics teams on key projects, customer requirements and technical solutions.

- Analyze and present advanced technical data to support product selection, qualification and customer approval.

- Provide technical support for customer seminars, exhibitions and other technical events.

- Support lead generation and customer development together with local Sales teams when required.

- Ensure timely follow-up and high responsiveness to customer and stakeholder requests.

- Travel internationally across APAC as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Electronics industry, preferably in adhesive/tape solutions.

- Experience in Technical Service, Technical Support, Application Engineering or Technical Sales serving customers.

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Good project management and problem-solving capabilities.

- Fluent English; Chinese is an advantage.

- Experience in team supervision or leading projects without direct authority is a plus.

- Strong customer orientation with good commercial awareness.

- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
