Trade Program Execution Support

Support the development of annual and monthly trade plans aligned with sales objectives

Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure effective execution of trade programs and promotions

Monitor and track program performance

Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement

Market Insight & Competitor Monitoring

Conduct regular store checks to monitor pricing, promotions, and visibility of competitors

Collect and summarize competitor activities and market trends

Provide simple, actionable insights to support trade strategies

Performance Tracking & Analysis

Track weekly performance (sell-in / sell-out, program progress)

Consolidate data and prepare basic reports with key highlights and issues

Support post-campaign evaluation (ROI, execution quality, key learnings)

Graduated University in Marketing or Business Administration

Have 3+ year experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG field is a plus

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Query, Power BI ...) & English

Personal Traits: Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
