Our client, a global manufacturing company, is looking for a Senior Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support to key OEM customers, strengthen technical expertise in customer applications, and identify new project opportunities across Southeast Asia and India.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to key OEM customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize customer processes.
• Organize and deliver technical training for local sales teams across Southeast Asia and India.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities by collaborating with country sales teams and providing technical insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the global BU Electronics team on key projects, translating customer needs into clear technical requirements.
• Analyze and present technical data to OEM decision-makers to support product specification and approval.
• Coordinate local testing for OEM customers where feasible and provide technical expertise at customer seminars, exhibitions, and related events.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 5 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably with a background in adhesive tapes for electronics applications.
• Experience in Technical Support, Technical Service, Application Engineering, or Technical Sales for customers.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience supervising team members or leading project teams is an advantage.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications.
• Demonstrated intercultural awareness and inclusivity.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a high level of responsiveness to customers and stakeholders.
