Senior Strategy & Operations Specialist, ZVAS (Prefer Product Background)

As a Senior Strategy & Operations Specialist, you will work directly with the Product Head (VAS & Zing MP3) to drive strategic alignment, market research, and operational execution across key product lines. This role bridges high-level business strategy with daily operational excellence - helping shape long-term product roadmaps while ensuring cross-functional execution remains structured, visible, and on track.

1. Strategy & Market Research

• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to surface actionable growth opportunities and trends;
• Partner with Product Head to formulate business models and product strategies for VAS & Zing MP3;
• Evaluate new initiatives and translate vision into execution roadmaps;

2. Performance & Execution

• Follow closely key product & business metric of department, dashboards, and growth KPIs/OKRs to track operational health;
• Maintain clear tracking of cross-functional action items and leadership decisions;
• Identify operational bottlenecks early and propose proactive resolutions;

3. Executive Alignment

• Prepare high-impact business updates, strategy decks, and performance reports for leadership;
• Synthesize complex operational data into concise, decision-ready executive insights;
• Ensure transparent communication across key stakeholders;

4. Cross-Functional Operations

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and BD to align deliverables;
• Facilitate cross-departmental workflows to drive strategic projects to completion;
• Ensure operational consistency across product initiatives.

• Experience: 4+ years in Business Operations, Strategy, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Business Analysis (Tech/Digital Product background preferred);
• Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to execute market research, analyze business models, and contribute to strategy formulation;
• Execution & Ownership: High level of autonomy, detail-oriented, with a track record of driving complex cross-functional initiatives;
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability in working with data, constructing performance dashboards, and deriving strategic insights;
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at structuring executive-level presentations;
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
