About the team

Content Strategy & Operations team is responsible for defining and executing content direction on Zalo Video. through establishing content quality guidelines, operating day-to-day video content categories, planning & progressing creative campaigns across multiple pipelines to engage various user segments.

• Plan & develop content calendars (evergreen, occasions), ensuring timely and relevant content creation and distribution;
• Manage content libraries and databases;
• Implement content projects/ campaigns across Zalo ecosystem & monitor projects/ campaigns’ performance;
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive coordination and execution of campaigns, content distribution and activations in both in-app and out-app;
• Conduct regular audits to maintain content quality and consistency.

• Strong analytical skills and data driven;
• Quick adaptation & proactive skillset.

Preferred Qualification

• Exposure in tech & media industry or other platforms is advantageous;
• Strong sense of trending content in local market;
• Good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Experience in campaign development or social media is a plus.
