• Analyze business requirements and design SAP CO/PS solutions for project controlling, monitoring, settlement, and closing processes.

• Configure and support SAP Project System (PS), including:

  Project Definition and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

  Project planning and budgeting

  Project cost and actual monitoring

  Project execution and progress monitoring

  Project settlement

  Project closing

• Support SI (System Integration), HW (Hardware), and SM (System Management/Service Management) project monitoring and closing processes.

• Configure and support relevant SAP CO processes, including:

  Master Data Management

  Organizational and Account Management

  Activity Master Management

  Account Assignment by Allocation Type

  Cost allocation and settlement

• Monitor planned, committed, and actual project costs and support project financial control.
• Support period-end processing, settlement, and closing activities for projects.
• Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, and other SAP teams to ensure end-to-end integration with PS/CO.
• Analyze and resolve functional and integration issues related to project accounting and controlling.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with ABAP/Fiori/technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT, end-user training, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and AMS/support projects.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PS and/or SAP CO Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP CO and/or SAP Project System business processes.
• Hands-on experience with project monitoring, cost management, settlement, and closing processes.
• Strong knowledge of CO master data, organizational structures, activity master, account assignment, allocation, and settlement processes.
• Good understanding of integration between PS/CO and FI, MM, SD, and other relevant SAP modules.
• Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major rollout project.
• Ability to independently analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Experience preparing Functional Specifications and working with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate directly with global customers and project stakeholders.
• Available to work from 14:00 to 23:00 (Vietnam Time) or other schedules depending on project requirements.
• Willing to travel or work onsite in Korea or other countries when required.
• Candidates with a strong SAP CO background should be willing to transition to and work primarily with SAP PS depending on project requirements.
