We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, strategic, and battle-tested Senior Project Manager to solve our most complex operational and scaling challenges. In this role, you will not merely manage tasks—you will architect strategic planning frameworks, redesign high-stakes operational workflows, and govern a multi-million-dollar project portfolio across global DTC fulfillment, cross-border logistics, operational scaling, and tech integrations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Strategic Portfolio Architecture & Roadmap Governance

Strategic Alignment & Roadmap Ownership: Translate executive-level business strategies into actionable, scalable project roadmaps across operations, cross-border supply chain networks, and technology streams.

Portfolio Prioritization & Trade-offs: Architect and govern the multi-stream project portfolio; make high-stakes resource allocation and sequence trade-offs to maximize operational ROI and speed-to-market.

High-Impact Project Delivery: Take end-to-end executive ownership of flagship initiatives—from high-level business case conceptualization to full implementation and business impact realization.

2. Advanced PMO Governance & Process Engineering

Enterprise PMO Design: Establish and elevate lightweight, enterprise-grade PMO frameworks—setting rigorous standards for planning baselines, milestone tracking, risk matrix governance, and dependency management.

Complex Process Re-Engineering: Analyze intricate operational systems (As-Is), identify systemic structural bottlenecks, and engineer world-class, future-state processes (To-Be) built for exponential scale.

Executive Decision Support: Maintain transparent, high-density reporting mechanisms for C-level leadership, delivering clear visibility into portfolio health, critical risks, and key strategic recommendations.

3. Strategic Planning, Capacity Modeling & Risk Strategy

Advanced Capacity & Workload Modeling: Design predictive capacity models across operational, technology, and partner ecosystems to balance aggressive scaling demands with resource constraints.

Partner Capability & Network Readiness: Lead strategic capacity alignment cycles with key production, fulfillment, and operational partners to validate network readiness against aggressive business growth trajectories.

Proactive Risk & Dependency Strategy: Systematically map critical path dependencies and macro operational risks; architect robust contingency frameworks before execution bottlenecks impact business continuity.

4. Executive Leadership & Operational Transformation

Team Elevation & Capability Building: Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Project Coordinators and PMs; establish elite delivery benchmarks, SOPs, and professional growth paths.

Cross-Functional Influence: Drive cross-functional alignment and change management across Tech, Business, Operations, and External Global Partners without relying on direct authority.

Elite Educational Background

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related fields from world-class international universities in North America, Europe, or top-tier domestic universities (HUST, VNU, FTU, NEU, RMIT, FPT) with exceptional academic standing.

Battle-Tested Senior Experience

- 7–10+ years of total professional experience, featuring 5+ years of hands-on Senior Project Management leading high-stakes, cross-functional portfolios in fast-paced Global Supply Chain, Cross-Border E-commerce, DTC Brands, Tech Unicorns, or Top-Tier Management Consulting.

- Proven track record of successfully owning and executing complex operational transformation projects with tangible, measurable business impacts (e.g., massive cost reduction, throughput scaling, network expansion, or ERP/WMS/System integrations).

Core Mindset & Skillsets

- Hyper-Sharp Analytical & Planning Rigor: Mastery in capacity modeling, workload forecasting, budget control, and data manipulation (Advanced SQL/Excel, BI tools, data-driven framework modeling).

- Strategic Process & Systems Thinker: Deep understanding of process re-engineering, complex operational dynamics, and scaling infrastructure.

- Thrives in High Ambiguity & High Challenge: An innate drive to tackle complex, unprecedented operational puzzles; exceptional capability to turn chaotic, ambiguous directives into structured, executable programs.

- Elite Communication & Stakeholder Influence: C-level presence with native/bilingual fluency in English; masterful at negotiating trade-offs, driving accountability, and steering executive decision-making.

- PMO Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are strongly preferred.
