Tuyển dụng Senior Project Executive - Commercial, F & B tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Lead new commercial projects from concept to market launch, primarily with convenience store chains.
• Identify and develop non-branded ANDROS solutions tailored to customers’ business needs.
• Own the sales target and commercial performance of assigned projects and customers.
• Build project pipelines, prepare commercial proposals and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and rollout.
• Monitor project progress, sales performance and KPIs; propose corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market visits and customer meetings to identify insights and new growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business development, key account management or commercial roles.
• Proven experience in managing sales targets and developing customer solutions.
• Strong project ownership, commercial mindset and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Good analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel when required.
• Experience in FMCG, food service, retail or convenience store channels is an advantage.
• Ability to build relationships and influence multiple stakeholders including Procurement, R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Senior Management teams.
• Ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation, consultative sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to deliver results and achieve sales targets.
• Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing is a plus.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint…).
