Beyond being a familiar messaging app with a vibrant ecosystem, Zalo harbors a deeper mission in upcoming years, to tailor more advanced and premium solutions that integrate into the lives of individual users with different unique needs.

As a Product Owner for zBusiness, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of such solutions development. You will be responsible for revenue generated from the new monetization product lineup and driving user adoption & engagement, ensuring that Zalo continues to thrive and provide higher value to its unique users and partners.

• Understand user insight and analyze market, identify opportunity to strenghthen product value.
• Initiate and operate activities to increase paid feature adoption and usage. Feature maintenance and increase value satisfaction, to build habit and keep retention.
• Execute features development, including mockups with navigations, UX/UI, and layouts with a user-centric mindset. Compose product requirement docs (PRD).
• Project management: coordinate with other development teams (Android, iOS, PC…) to ensure the correctness of the features and project timeline.
• Perform user acceptance tests before releasing each build.
• Report performance, feature impact and next action to improve.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of working experience as Product Owner, Product Operations, Business Analyst or relevant roles in IT industry.
• Good at product skillset, user insight, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A mobile app geek: familiar with well-designed mobile apps, especially Messaging apps. Able to analyze why an app or a website is built in a certain way.
• Able to use mockup software (i.e. Figma, Miro) to design UX/UI, layout, and navigation flows.
• Passion for creating products that generate business impact.
• Strong data-sense & practical mindset. SQL using experience is plus.
