Proven success delivering customer-facing products from inception through launch

Ability to write detailed product specs and work closely with engineering teams

Strong communication and analytical skills

Familiarity with generative AI technologies, developer tooling, or ML-driven products

Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

MBA

Background in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative discipline

Experience with product development in AI/ML, robotics, or hardware-integrated systems

Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, or fine-tuning workflows

Experience in early-stage environments, with a track record of zero-to-one product

The pay range for this position is $167,443 - $226,073 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
