Senior Process Quality Engineer - Cu Chi

Be responsible for quality system establishment and maintenance, setting quality standards, trouble shooting, data analysis by leveraging quality tools, leading or co-leading quality continual improvements. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction.
1. Lead IPQC and OQC Team to manage the process of In-Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet quality standards.
2. Lead PQE Engineer to support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.
3. Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.
4. Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
5. Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
6. Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.
7. Provide the related the coach/supports to build the team’s capabilities.
Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical automation, chemistry, and material analysis, etc
More than 5 or above years experience in li-ion battery factory is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Good team player with positive approach
- Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results.
- Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively without direct supervision.
Fluent English skills on reading and writing, good oral English skill is preferred
