Senior Poultry Nutritionist

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Contract and shift pattern: Permanent contract and normal working time from Mon to Fri, 8:30 - 17:30

Join AB Agri as a Senior Poultry Nutritionist and play a key role in driving customer success through innovative, science-based nutritional solutions. Working closely with both Technical and Commercial teams, you will provide expert guidance, optimize poultry performance, strengthen customer partnerships, and position AB Agri as the trusted advisor of choice in feed and nutrition across the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop and optimize nutrition programs for commercial poultry (broilers, layers, breeders, and ducks) to maximize performance and profitability.

- Provide science-based technical consultancy and nutritional solutions to customers at both feed mill and farm levels.

- Review feed formulations, production data, and customer requirements, delivering practical recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Conduct farm audits and performance assessments to identify challenges and implement effective nutritional and management solutions.

- Lead technical training, customer presentations, and industry engagements while sharing the latest poultry nutrition research and market insights.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition or Veterinary Medicine

- 7- 8 years’ experience in feed mill or within large scale poultry production with hands on nutrition / formulation responsibilities

- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a technical consultant or nutritional advisor

- To be able to speak English well; ideal if the candidate is fluent in Vietnamese

- Having knowledge with regards to farm management and husbandry

- Having knowledge of Format and / or BestMix formulation system

- Having knowledge in Food Safety Management Systems ISO 22000:2018 & HACCP

- Doctorate relating to a relevant nutritional or managemental field (in poultry)
