What you’ll work on

You’ll work across the lifecycle of enterprise network environments, from design and implementation to operation, optimization and troubleshooting.

Depending on your experience and technical strengths, this may include:

- Design and implement secure enterprise network/security solutions.

- Configure and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure…

- Work with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, routing, switching, NAT, DNS and TCP/IP.

- Support network migrations, upgrades and infrastructure projects.

- Troubleshoot complex incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

- Monitor and improve network performance, availability and resilience.

- Improve technical standards, documentation and operational processes.

- Identify opportunities for automation and better tooling.

This is a hands-on engineering role. We expect you to investigate, recommend and take ownership through to resolution.

We are looking for strong fundamentals, real hands-on experience and depth in relevant areas:

- 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, ideally in an MSP, IT services or multi-customer environment

- Solid understanding of network security principles and architecture

- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

- Practical experience with Cisco technologies or comparable enterprise networking platforms

- CCNP-level networking knowledge

- Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, enterprise wireless, cloud networking or network automation is a strong plus.
