Tuyển dụng Senior Material Controller / Chuyên viên Kiểm soát vật tư

Establish and improve material coordination processes and systems; monitor and manage material coordination activities.

Monitor safety stock levels, control inventory and ensure stock does not exceed maximum limits.

Develop material purchasing plans based on production requirements and production schedules.

Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs), follow up on purchasing progress and coordinate to resolve unexpected issues.

Review and verify PRs before submitting them to the Purchasing Department.

Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and coordinate the disposal of obsolete, excess and scrap materials.

Perform material management and coordination activities through the ERP system.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on inventory status and material coordination.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company.

At least 2 years of experience in Material Control, Purchasing, Accounting or other related fields.

College or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other related fields.

Strong technical skills in data analysis and problem-solving (Excel, Power Query, Power BI; VBA and SQL are advantages)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is an advantage. VBA and SQL skills are a plus.

Candidates with experience in Accounting, Purchasing, or other roles involving data management and analysis are preferred.

Good cross-functional coordination and communication skills, with confidence in presenting and clearly explaining issues.

Basic English communication skills.

Hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible.

Working hour: Mon - Fri (8am-5pm) & 3 Saturday/month (8am-12pm). Off 1 Sat/month
