This position is for Senior QA/QC Testers to join our CodeHQ Vietnam team in HCMC (Quan 12).

You will be part of an exciting team composed of both local and offshore talent, working on a wide range of technologies for software projects across our New Zealand customers. 

This role suits someone who is passionate about manual testing, with a strong eye for detail and a practical approach to ensuring software quality. You will play a key role in test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and validating user experience across applications. Experience or exposure to automation testing is beneficial.

Your Skills and Experience

Essential skills:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in software testing, with strong experience in manual testing.
• Good understanding of QA processes, test methodologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience creating test plans and test cases, executing tests, documenting results, and tracking defects.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Xray, TestRail, or similar.
• Understanding of automated testing concepts; hands-on experience with Playwright is an advantage.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with web, mobile, or API testing.
• Exposure to automation tools or technologies such as Playwright, Cypress, Cucumber, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Appium or other mobile testing tools.
• Experience with performance, scalability, or security testing.

Essential soft skills:

• Good spoken and written English; IELTS certification is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with overseas customers.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to quality.
