Who you are

• 4-15 years of full-time work experience, including real responsibility for a team and a project or an operation. Less/different experience, but you've already done something exceptional? Apply anyway and tell us about it.

• You know that being a good manager requires discipline, hard work, empathy, planning and exceptional interpersonal skills

• You take ownership beyond your job description and follow through until the work is done.

• You have exceptional English - very fluent in speaking & listening

• You're an excellent communicator: You listen closely, explain clearly and can handle difficult conversations.

• You make good practical decisions with incomplete information, and you know when to ask for help.

• You're honest about mistakes and uncertainty. You ask for feedback and change how you work because of it.

• You want to help run a whole business, and you know that this is not a normal job - you're ready for an intense few months that will ask more of you than a 9-5.

• A real team player that empowers others, approaches problems with curiosity and knows when to be empathetic and when to be firm.
