- BIM Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Legal Manager to join Legal

Department. The successful candidate will primarily focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex financial and commercial transactions, development and implementation of large-scale investment projects.

- The candidate should possess extensive legal expertise, strong commercial acumen, and excellent

English communication skills to work effectively with international partners, legal advisors, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Job Description:

• Participate in the preparation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing transactions, commercial transactions, and investment projects.

• Provide legal support to business units and subsidiaries throughout the preparation, negotiation, and completion of transactions.

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts and other legal transaction documents while addressing legal issues arising during implementation.

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the Group's subsidiaries and departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal regulations, and corporate policies.

• Represent the company in dealings with government authorities, organizations, and other relevant parties when required.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management and the Head of the Legal

Department.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree (or above) in Law.

• Additional qualifications in economics, finance, or overseas legal education will be considered an advantage.

Professional Certification

• Admission to the bar or possession of a valid lawyer's practicing certificate will be an advantage.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an investment and corporate lawyer or in an in-house legal counsel position.

• Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), complex financial and commercial transactions, and large-scale investment projects.

• Previous experience working for reputable domestic or international law firms, foreign- invested enterprises, financial investment institutions, or real estate developers is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.

English Proficiency

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Ability to independently participate in negotiations and draft, review, and finalize sophisticated legal documents and contracts in English with international partners.
