1. Ecommerce Channel Operations & Development

Operate and optimize Ecommerce channels, including Mini Apps, E-commerce platforms, and partner platforms.

Manage product catalogues, pricing, displayed inventory, promotions, and shopping experience.

Collaborate with Product and relevant teams to improve customer experience and conversion performance.

Coordinate the implementation, piloting, and go-live of new platforms, features, and business models.

2. Campaign, Flash Sale & Livestream

Plan and execute Campaigns, Mega Sales, and Flash Sales across App/Web and partner platforms.

Collaborate with Merchandising teams, brands, and partners to launch deals and promotional programs.

Coordinate Livestream booking and operations with Hosts, KOCs, and Pharmacists; monitor and optimize performance.

Track and optimize leads, conversion, and overall campaign performance.

3. Growth & Customer Activation

Segment customers and execute targeting, notifications, remarketing, and traffic-driving activities.

Monitor and optimize the customer journey from traffic and leads to orders and repeat purchases.

Analyze traffic, leads, conversion, CPL, and new customer metrics; propose data-driven optimization solutions.

4. Platform, New Channel & Partnership Development

Research and evaluate growth opportunities across Super Apps, Mini Apps, and emerging consumer platforms.

Work and negotiate with partners on operational terms, integration requirements, and channel implementation.

Coordinate Chat-Commerce operations, including setup, piloting, go-live, and launch campaigns.

Work with Account Managers, brands, and partners to implement partnership programs.

5. Reporting & Optimization

Monitor operational metrics, prepare reports, and analyze insights into customer behavior.

Track and reconcile revenue, platform fees, campaign costs, and related expenses.

Stay updated on new policies, features, and partnership opportunities; propose data-driven optimization solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Technology, or a related field.

4 - 6 years of experience in Ecommerce/Growth, with preference for candidates experienced in operating Mini Apps, Super Apps, or Chat-Commerce.

Experience in launching new channels, negotiating operational terms, integration, and launch campaigns.

Good understanding of the Super App ecosystem in Vietnam, including OA, Notifications, Mini Apps, e-wallets, and vouchers.

Knowledge of lead generation models and channel performance measurement.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Experience in the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Beauty industry is preferred.
