Publicis Sapient is looking for a passionate and innovative

Technology professional with expertise in

Go (Golang), HTMX, and Azure to join our team. You will design and build scalable, high-performing web applications using modern frameworks, containerized environments, and AI-related capabilities. This role is central to delivering solutions that align with our vision to “Build what matters” and empower our clients to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Your Impact

Design and develop high-performing web applications using

Go (Golang) and

HTMX.

Lead the implementation of containerized applications and manage deployment in

Azure Cloud.

Integrate

AI-related capabilities into existing and new digital products to improve scalability and intelligence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural standards, development practices, and deployment automation.

Drive best practices around code quality, security, and performance optimization.

Mentor and upskill team members in modern web development and AI technologies.

Partner with clients and product teams to translate business problems into technical solutions that deliver real-world value.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Golang.

Hands-on expertise with

Azure Cloud services, including container apps and

Azure DevOps pipelines.

Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with

AI frameworks, APIs, or cloud-based AI services for integration into applications.

Solid knowledge of web fundamentals, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills in modern web application environments.

Experience implementing performance tuning and scalable solutions.

Set Yourself Apart With

Exposure to server-side rendering (SSR) with HTMX and progressive enhancement principles.

Strong working knowledge of secure coding practices and cloud-native architecture.

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications in Azure.

Background in

AI/ML model lifecycle, from experimentation to deployment, is a strong advantage.

Ability to evaluate and integrate open-source AI solutions.
