We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will driving the design and implementation of robust and scalable web applications, also a trusted technical partner to our Product Owners. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform, balancing the evolution of our existing systems with the creation of innovative new features that directly impact our business goals. This includes opportunities to work with and integrate Artificial Intelligence into our production environment to enhance our platform's capabilities. What You Will Do: 

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Technical design, development, and implementation of new web applications and core system modules, ensuring they are built for scalability, performance, and maintainability. 
• System Ownership: Take ownership of key parts of our web infrastructure, including existing systems and legacy code, ensuring their stability, performance, and security. 
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful solutions. Provide accurate technical estimations, plan project timelines, and contribute to technical roadmap discussions. 
• Integration Expertise: Design and implement seamless integrations with critical third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and AI services/models) to enhance our platform's capabilities. 
• Mentorship & Growth: Actively mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge, best practices, and helping them grow their technical skills and careers. 
• Operational Excellence: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational issues, ensuring a smooth experience for our users and internal teams. 
• Quality & Best Practices: Champion code quality, participate in and lead code reviews, contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, and advocate for continuous improvement in our development processes and tooling. 
• System Evolution: Proactively identify areas for technical improvement, refactoring, and optimization within our existing systems, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI technologies

Your Skills and Experience

1. Education background requirements: : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. 
2. Experience/Industry requirements:  

• Strong Background in E-commerce Domain (Preferred): Strong understanding of the challenges and common patterns in the e-commerce space. 
• Technical
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in any programming language; Elixir, Golang, or Node.js experience is a strong plus.
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
  • Message Queue: RabbitMQ or Kafka
  • Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Solid front-end knowledge; Unit/Integration/E2E testing experience
  • Scalable system design & legacy system ownership
• Experience
  • Third-party integrations (payment, logistics, AI services)
  • Mentoring junior developers
  • Collaborating with Product Owners on specs, estimations & roadmap
• Nice to Have
  • E-commerce domain background
  • AI integration in production
