About the job:

The Senior Events & Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing customer-facing events, product launches, showroom activations, and retail marketing initiatives across Lotus in Vietnam.

This role requires strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring premium brand standards are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities:

- Events & Brand Experience

- Plan and execute vehicle launches, showroom openings, customer events, media drives, and brand activations.

- Coordinate event logistics, production, venue management, suppliers, and agency partners.

- Ensure all event touchpoints are aligned with brand standards and customer experience objectives.

- Support development of event concepts, timelines, budgets, and post-event evaluations.

- Trade & Retail Marketing

- Execute retail marketing initiatives to support showroom traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion.

- Manage POSM production, merchandising materials, and retail branding assets.

- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product displays, and showroom activation programs.

- Monitor implementation quality across all retail touchpoints

- Partnerships & Activations

- Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and agency deliverables.

- Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless.

- execution.

- Track event performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Events, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation.

- 3-5 years of event agency experience is highly preferred

- Strong writing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

- Proven experience managing events, activations, and multi-stakeholder projects

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and execution discipline

- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
