• Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including traffic, leads, engagement and advertising costs.
• Plan and implement Lead Generation campaigns to achieve business targets.
• Work closely with the Content and Creative teams to develop effective campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on Digital Marketing trends, AI tools and new advertising solutions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Good English communication skills for working with international clients and markets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in Travel, Tourism or Hospitality and Chinese language skills are a plus.
