Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Performance Marketing, SPX Express

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing paid media acquisition end-to-end for the SPX growth project. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the campaign lifecycle, from planning and technical setup to measurement and optimization, to drive lead generation and acquisition cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own paid media acquisition end-to-end, from planning and campaign setup to measurement and optimization, to achieve lead generation targets.
• Conduct monthly Online MKT budget planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and acquisition cost efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify root causes of underperformance, and implement improvements to meet KPIs.
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting, working with relevant teams to resolve data and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality and conversion across the acquisition funnel.
• Explore new opportunities based on digital trends and platform developments to improve acquisition effectiveness.

3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with experience managing paid media acquisition end-to-end.

Comprehensive understanding of paid media strategy, campaign operations, conversion tracking, and performance measurement.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, with experience in lead generation and app acquisition.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

Good communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and apply new digital marketing practices.
