As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between complex business needs and actionable data insights. You will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end data lifecycle, from gathering requirements and building robust data models to visualizing information through high-impact dashboards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only manage technical architecture—such as AWS environments and CRM data—but also lead change management initiatives by training senior stakeholders to leverage data for better decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive organizational efficiency and ensure our data ecosystem remains scalable, accurate, and aligned with group-level objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into sophisticated data logic, scalable models, and intuitive dashboards.
• Lead the optimization and consolidation of sales and financial reporting by streamlining and merging existing Tableau dashboards into a single, unified source of truth.
• Facilitate organizational data enablement by designing and executing training programs for country managers, business unit heads, and sales leaders to foster a data-driven culture.
• Oversee the post-go-live lifecycle of data marts and analytical tools, ensuring continuous enhancements and performance tuning.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot data pipelines and integrate new, diverse data sources, including external group-level information gathered through web crawling or API integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a Data Analyst or equivalent capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and advanced dashboarding capabilities using Tableau, with a specific focus on dashboard consolidation and optimization.
• Strong working knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, specifically S3, Glue, Athena, and Redshift or Postgres.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and manipulating Salesforce data or performing complex CRM analytics.
• Advanced ability to model data, define critical business KPIs, and communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Proven track record in end-to-end requirement gathering and the successful translation of those needs into visual analytical outcomes.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Prior experience utilizing Sisense for Business Intelligence reporting.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and implementing API-based data integration strategies.
• Knowledge of data crawling and web scraping techniques for data acquisition.
• Previous exposure to mobile application analytics and managing regional data launch projects.
