We are looking for a Team Leader / Senior Civil Engineer to work on infrastructure and land development projects in New Zealand and Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international project exposure, enhance technical skills, and build a long-term career in civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and take responsibility for civil design and drafting tasks for land development and infrastructure projects in New Zealand and Australia.
• Prepare technical drawings, civil designs, and documentation using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12d Model, and other company software.
• Review and check drawings and design work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements and relevant standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to junior civil designers and drafters.
• Support the preparation of quantities, cost estimates, schedules, and contract documentation.
• Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure projects are delivered effectively and meet project objectives.
• Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure the timely delivery of project outputs.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, drawings, and records in accordance with company procedures.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, Infrastructure Design, or a related field is an advantage.
- Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of relevant experience, must have experience working on international projects.
- Proven experience working on Australian and/or New Zealand projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in team leadership and staff management, including allocating tasks, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and mentoring junior staff.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D and 12d Model is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in civil infrastructure and land development projects.
