WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Set up and maintain QuickBooks Online (QBO), including creating and organizing the Chart of Accounts based on business requirements.
• Maintain accurate accrual basis financial records and ensure revenue and expenses are recorded in the appropriate accounting periods.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet adjusting entries to support accurate financial reporting.
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and make necesary adjustments.
• Support month-end closing activities, ensuring accounting records are complete and up to date.
• Prepare basic financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets, and assist with reated schedules as needed.
• Maintain well organized financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with accounting procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Good command of English, with the ability to understand accounting documentation and communicate effectively.
• Good understanding of accrual basis accounting, revenue recognition, journal entries, and balance sheet adjustments.
• Practical experience with AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
