About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Architect with at least 10 years of professional experience. The successful candidate will lead integrated projects from concept through documentation and construction, combining strong design ability with technical, coordination and team-management skills.

- Leads and manages a team of junior architects if possesses adequate experience

- Strong in concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and design proposals

- Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications

- Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients

- Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues

- Liaises and coordinates with Vietnamese consultants and contractors

- Ensures design quality and authority compliance

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university

- Must have experience working with international architecture firms

- Must be able to liaise, present and coordinate in Vietnamese with local consultants, suppliers and contractors

- Experience in masterplan projects is a GREAT ADVANTAGE

- Project types: Masterplan, Highrise residential, Low-rise residential, Hospitality, Commercial, Healthcare

- Must possesses minimum 10 years of working experience in relevant field

- Good in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Rendering software, Adobe Suite, Office suite

- Good knowledge in Vietnam standard and regulation

- Can use Revit is a plus but not compulsory

- Able to communicate in English
