Position Overview
Worthfind is a global bag and travel-goods company with over 12 years of design and
manufacturing experience. As a Senior Affiliate, you’ll play a key role in driving Worthfind’s
affiliate growth by building strong creator partnerships, shaping campaign strategies, and turning
creator insights into measurable business results. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with
KOLs, KOCs, and cross-functional teams while staying at the forefront of TikTok Shop trends and
the evolving creator economy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creator & Affiliate Partnership Management

• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle with KOLs, KOCs, and affiliate creators—from
  outreach and sample coordination to content publishing and long-term relationship building.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-potential creators to drive sustainable
  affiliate growth.

2. Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute affiliate campaign strategies aligned with business and campaign
  goals.
• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop Affiliate operations, including creator matching, sample
  management, commission communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Guide creators with relevant product recommendations and key selling points based on their
  content style, audience, and campaign objectives.

3. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor key performance metrics including outreach, response rate, sample delivery,
  content output, GMV, and conversion.
• Evaluate creator performance and identify high-potential partners for ongoing collaboration.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize creator selection, outreach,
  negotiation, and partnership strategies.

4. Market Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, creator ecosystem developments, consumer behavior, and
  competitor affiliate activities.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Growth Supervisor and Content Team to strengthen affiliate
  strategy and campaign performance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3+ years of hands-on experience booking KOLs/KOCs, with TikTok experience strongly
  preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's operating mechanics, algorithm trends, and creator
  ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable managing multiple creator
  relationships at once.
• Able to communicate in English (or Chinese).
• Basic data literacy — able to track and interpret creator performance metrics such as content output, GMV, and conversion.
• Proactive, accountable, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in TikTok Shop Affiliate, influencer marketing, creator operations, MCN
  agencies, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with creators in fashion, luggage/travel goods, beauty, lifestyle, or
  FMCG categories.
• Track record in creator outreach, sample management, or end-to-end affiliate campaign
  execution.
