Senior Account Executive (KOL/Influencer Project)

orks with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives
Understand clients' business and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them
Plays a major role in the research, planning, and development of comprehensive Communications Marketing campaigns
Serves as daily client contact and as client lead when appropriate
Oversees quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence
Demonstrates proficiency in writing skills to craft internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, new business proposals, etc.
Demonstrates tactical proficiency in creating and driving outreach plans, message development, management of events, growth of contact network and effective pitching and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations

years of experience in an advertising agency
(preferably ATL/KOL/Influencer focused) at similar position
Have experience working in KOL or digital agency, and familiar with influencer marketing industry is a big plus
Good communication skills since facing client everyday is a must
Familiar with payment process / paperwork with all stakeholders
(internal, clients, other agencies etc)
Understanding of digital / social way of working and assets ( media formats, KOLs, report tools, etc.) is a plus
Good command of English speaking and writing skills to work with foreign partners
Able to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at the same time, resilient and detail-oriented
Great sense of common – able to persuade or generate cooperation
Discreet – can be trusted to keep things confidential
Open to new challenges and have a “can do” attitude
