Account & Client Management

• Manage client communication, meetings, project updates, and business discussions.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear actions for relevant teams.
• Provide recommendations, handle client questions, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

Strategy & Project Management

• Coordinate with specialist teams to develop proposals, campaign plans, and recommendations, while being able to develop proposals independently when needed.
• Analyze business and campaign performance and turn data into insights, recommendations, and actions.
• Consolidate cross-team inputs into clear, client-ready proposals and reports.
• Manage projects from brief through planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables, while supporting junior team members where needed.

Portfolio You'll Work Across

• E-commerce & Marketplace: Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada; sales/promotion planning, performance reporting, stock planning, fulfillment, warehouse coordination, and reconciliation.
• Branding & Performance Marketing: Media strategy and planning, campaign management, budgets/KPIs, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Social & Influencer Marketing: KOL/KOC, social outreach, social media, content, and campaign coordination.
• Other Digital Projects: Digital, promotional, or integrated marketing projects depending on client needs.

• Strong Account Management: Confident in client communication, presentations, stakeholder coordination, and developing recommendations.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data consolidation skills; able to analyze performance and maintain accuracy across sales reports, inventory, costs, and client deliverables.
• E-commerce & Platform-Savvy: Familiar with marketplace operations and platforms such as Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and Lazada Seller Center, including sales/promotion planning, stock management, fulfillment, and reconciliation.
• Digital & Media Understanding: Understands branding and performance marketing; familiar with Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and marketplace advertising tools, and able to read and contribute to media plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance recommendations.
• Ownership & Problem Solving: Able to investigate issues, develop practical solutions, manage multiple workstreams, and know when to resolve independently or escalate.
• Communication: Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills, with confidence in client meetings, presentations, emails, and business discussions.
• Collaborative & Adaptable: Works effectively with specialist teams, supports junior members, and learns new tools and project scopes quickly. Open to using AI and digital tools to improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and ownership of final outputs.

Experience

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Integrated Marketing, or related fields, preferably within an agency or e-commerce enabler.
• Experience managing client accounts and projects with a good level of independence.
• Experience in FMCG/consumer brands, marketplace e-commerce, KOL/KOC, fulfillment, or commercial planning is an advantage, but experience across every area is not required.
