Sea Freight Supervisor

• Supervise daily sea freight export operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment handling.

• Handle pricing activities, rate sourcing, and quotation support.

• Ensure accurate system update and effective use of operational systems.

• Support staff in resolving daily operational issues and escalations.

• Assist Manager in team supervision, workload allocation, KPI monitoring, and staff coaching.

• Coordinate with carriers, agents, customers, and internal departments to maintain service quality.

• Drive SOP compliance and process improvement within the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, including at least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position.

• Strong experience in both pricing and export operation.

• Good knowledge of forwarding/operational systems.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team support skills.

• Leadership potential and experience in guiding staff is preferred.

• Good command of English
