  • Gather and analyze business requirements and understand business processes.
  • Translate requirements into workflow diagrams and system improvement solutions.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Economics, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, IT Support, or similar role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module.
  • Knowledge of SAP FI and MM modules is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
  • Experience in software development, deployment, and Quality Assurance is preferred.
