Tuyển dụng Intermediate IT Business Analyst Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Lead the elicitation and clarification of moderately complex business requirements; identify the problem or opportunity, objectives, scope, stakeholders, expected business outcomes, success criteria and priorities.

2. Analyze AS-IS/TO-BE processes and own the quality of BA deliverables: business rules, process models, BRD/FRD or user stories, functional/non-functional, data/integration requirements, acceptance criteria and traceability.

3. Facilitate gaps, impact and solution-option analysis with business, IT and vendors; assess value, feasibility, risk and cost to recommend options and support estimation and prioritization.

4. Plan and manage BA activities within the assigned workstream; control requirements, changes, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions; coordinate clarifications through design/build, report status and escalate when required.

5. Lead workstream UAT and business readiness: define test strategy/scenarios, coordinate execution and defect resolution, manage sign-off, documentation/training, handover and adoption support; follow up after go-live to validate outcomes and recommend improvements.

• Working time: Mon to Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Working venue: Floor 12, Royal Tower, 235 Nguyen Van Cu Street, District 1, HCMC

1. At least 2 - 4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, system implementation, or system integration.
2. Good understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or quality operations, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
3. Familiar with system implementation life cycle, including requirements, testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
4. Experience in implementing DMS and CRM systems is preferred.
5. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, business mindset, attention to detail, and good organization skills.
6. Good communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, and English skills for working with local, regional, and global teams.
