Sales & Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, contracts, shipping documentation, and payment tracking.

Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain daily communication with clients, suppliers, local partners, and global group affiliates to ensure flawless execution of contracts.

Business Development Support: Schedule and participate in meetings with key stakeholders and prospective clients to support market expansion initiatives.

Executive & Client Logistics: Organize and facilitate meetings, factory site visits, shipments, and business itineraries for Japanese clients and corporate headquarters representatives.

Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather and analyze market trends to support business development; draft internal proposals, applications, and periodic reports as requested by management.

Perform additional sales-related duties assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional working experience within a Japanese enterprise.

Language Proficiency

• Japanese: Business proficiency (JLPT N2 level or equivalent).
• English: Business proficiency (TOEIC score 800+ or equivalent).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
