Job Purpose

Lead technical activities for new product development projects, driving cross-functional coordination and execution throughout the product development cycle. The role will serve as a key technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of new product/ process development, coordinating activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and other relevant functions.

• Drive project planning, execution and progress tracking to ensure product development milestones are achieved on time and according to requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to identify issues, manage risks and facilitate timely resolution throughout the development process.

• Act as the key technical contact point with customers, particularly customer teams responsible for product operations, to clarify requirements and align project deliverables.

• Monitor project status, communicate key updates and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.

• Support product introduction and transition activities, ensuring effective collaboration between development and manufacturing teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Technology or a related field.

• 8 years of experience in semiconductor product development, technical project leadership or related engineering functions.

• Experience at Department Manager level or equivalent, with a strong track record of leading product development activities.

• Strong technical background combined with experience managing cross-functional development teams.

• Proven experience working directly with customers and handling technical discussions or product requirements.

• Experience in semiconductor product development, NPI or new product introduction is highly preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong leadership, technical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
