***Report line: Report to Deputy General Manager (Vietnamese) & Sales Director (Japanese)

***Job description:

1. Distributors & Official Dealers (ODs) Management

- Visit headquarters & branches of major distributors in HCMC & southern provinces;

- Analyze sales activities from distributors to ODs to propose growth solutions;

- Monitor and adjust the system's sales targets;

2. Sales Program & Campaign Management

- Design & manage promotion programs & dealer development campaigns (DMP) for distributors/ ODs;

- Analyze post-campaign effectiveness to optimize budget;

3. Network Expansion & Engagement

- Manage ODs events and workshops;

- Survey & develop potential new ODs via sub-dealers visits.

4. System Training & Support

- Develop training materials & tools for the distribution network;

- Train Distributors/ ODs employees on products & sales skills;

- Coordinate new product displays at points of sale;

5. Problem Solving & Collaboration

- Handle customer/dealer complaints about products & service;

- Collect market feedback to improve service quality;

- Cooperate with related depts to solve business challenges;

6. Other general management duties

- Build up the work force toward the group and company development (manage, orient, train, motivate & develop the team);

- Build up the target and direction for Sales Promotion section;

- Support Director to develop the department, division as well as company.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Male from 35 years old;

- University graduate or above with major in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or related majors;

- Minimum 3 years experiences of Manager/ Deputy Manager position with team size 7-10 members;

- Having knowledge and experience in the field of building materials, sanitary ware, home appliances or FMCG - General Trade channel is preferable;

- Strong capability in managing and developing distributor and dealer networks;

- Excellent sales data analysis skills, market sensitivity, and sales forecasting ability;

- Proficient in planning promotion campaigns and budget management;

- Fluent in English (Japanese is an advantage);

- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills, leadership skills;

- Excellent interpersonal, cooperation, organization and people management skills;

- Logical thinking skills, strategic thinking, problem solving skills;

- Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills;

- Training, orientation, motivational skills, personnel & team development;

- Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick learning, dynamic, positive, open-minded and initiative action.
