Role Summary

• To support customer development, product offering, quotation preparation, and follow-through until order confirmation.
• Working closely with customers and internal teams to turn business opportunities into real orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams
• Support customer briefs, product development, sourcing, and sample offering
• Coordinate with SD, technical, fabric, trims, and costing teams
• Prepare first-draft quotations using templates, formulas, and cost inputs
• Analyze cost scenarios and understand key cost drivers
• Follow up closely until order confirmation
• Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in garment merchandising, product development, sourcing, technical/sample development, or sales
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
• Good Excel and analytical skills
• Technical garment knowledge is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong sales, sourcing, and learning ability

• College University degree with quantitative background, such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Industrial Management, Garment Technology
• MBA preferred but not necessary
• 3–7 years in merchandising (factory, vendor, or buying office), with buyer facing experience.
• Working knowledge: garment construction; trims/emb/print/wash; VAP; workmanship/quality risk.
• Able to prepare SJO/MI, check patterns at a basic level, support fittings & sample approvals.
• English communication for buyer calls/emails; strong Excel/PLM basics.
• Customer-facing and communication skills
• Sales, product development, or sourcing background
• Ability to drive opportunities through quotation and order confirmation
• Fluent English Skill (written/spoken)
