- Manage and develop good relationships with customers.

- Handle customer requests, quotations, sample development, and orders.

- Follow orders from sample, production, to delivery.

- Work with factories, suppliers, and other departments to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

- Follow the order schedule and solve problems when needed.

- Assist in setting product pricing and negotiating contracts.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints effectively.

- Do other tasks assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience:1–3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the bag manufacturing or related industry/ Fresh graduates with a related major.

- Strong customer management and sales strategy experience.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office and related software.

- Fluency in English or other foreign languages is a plus.
