Hino Motors Vietnam (HMV) - leading truck manufacturer in Vietnam is looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead sales performance and dealer business growth in the North.

Your mission is to drive sales target, strengthen dealer capability, and ensure that Hino’s dealer network achieves sales and operational KPIs through consistent monitoring and field support.

• What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
• Develop and implement sales strategies and sales & marketing programs to increase sales volume and improve dealer performance.
• Develop mid- and long-term sales plans, and review and adjust monthly dealer targets based on dealers’ business plans and market conditions.
• Develop sales teams and manage their performance, including dealer sales teams, to strengthen sales capability and achieve targets.
• Oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth order and delivery processes through coordination with dealers’ sales and finance teams and relevant HMV departments.
• Manage dealer relationships and support business development through regular visits, market and competitor updates, follow-up on contracts and customer/fleet opportunities, and support for sales events.
• Manage dealer performance in Value Chain activities, including Hino Finance, Hino Insurance and related programs.
• Review dealer reports and prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management, providing performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.

• What You Bring (Requirements)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, engineering.

- Experience

• Minimum 5 years in Sales / Dealer Management, preferable in automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
• Proven experience in dealer sales operations, sales planning, and sales process improvement.

- Skills

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• English proficiency: TOEIC 600+ or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PPT.
